An education and resource incubator, “The OJC” encourages learning and growth for local youth and their families. The space is home to a computer lab and instruction area for workshops and one one one meetings with community residents. The OJC hub offers programming including financial literacy, entrepreneurship and technology resources for San Francisco’s OMI residents. Future plans include outdoor seating for community members to congregate.

The OJC hub is a direct result of long-term strategic planning and partnership with Young Community Developers ("YCD"). Through its collaboration with YCD, ICY has increased access to resources, resulting in greater community impact.

The OJC hub is made possible with funding from the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development ("OEWD") and support of District 11 Supervisor, Asha Safai.

OMI Business Center

Our programs are designed to encourage and empower OMI residents to increase access to resources. The OJC hub is a connection for OMI residents to resources from city services such as CalFresh, Medi-cal, and Cash Aid Assistance. We also assist clients in applying for housing resources online using the MOHCD’s DAHLIA Housing Portal.
